Do you ship outside Ireland?
Currently, we ship orders within Ireland only. International shipping is not available at this time.
How long does delivery take?
We offer two delivery options:
- Standard Delivery — Free: estimated delivery within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Express Delivery: estimated delivery within 2–4 business days after dispatch. The exact cost is shown at checkout.
Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or peak shopping periods.
How can I place an order?
Browse our collections, add your preferred items to the cart, and proceed to our secure checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit and credit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are securely processed through trusted payment providers.
Is your website secure?
Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information. Payments are securely processed by Shopify and other certified payment providers.
I did not receive my order confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder. If you still cannot locate the email, contact us at support@cloudslipperireland.com and we will verify your order details.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@cloudslipperireland.com. We will do our best to correct it if your order has not yet been dispatched.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and unworn items in their original packaging. We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, colour, or style, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for full details.
