Yes — free Standard Delivery is available on all Irish orders, with no minimum spend required. Express Delivery is also available at an additional cost shown at checkout. All options are displayed before payment.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.
Under EU Consumer Rights legislation, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described. We do not offer direct exchanges — please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5–10 business days to apply the credit.
